* WHERE...Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until midnight EDT
tonight. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM
Saturday to 6 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
